This section of the exhibition focuses on the history of gangs in America.  The wall is a motion graphic which shows how gangs spread across America from the Northeast to the West Coast and eventually to the South. (see video below)
The Many Faces of Gangs in America. This wall transitions from historical figures to contemporary gang leaders and members and helps to lead the viewer from the history section of the exhibit to the main section, which focuses on the sociology and demographics of gangs.

Larger than life dimensional photographs, such as the gun shown above, help to emphasize the way that gang life encapsulates the lives of individuals who become members.
